The Wild Warthogs didn't start as the Warthogs. Born under a different name in the now-defunct MCL, the club took its first steps in competitive cricket with nothing but ambition and a point to prove. A humble start — but the foundation of something.
2020
MPL Founded
When the MCL folded, the Warthogs found a new home in the Milton Premier League. MPL 01 was the beginning of a new chapter — but six seasons of near-misses and what-ifs still lay ahead. The title drought continued.

Champions at Last 🏆
Thirteen seasons. One run. In one of the great upsets in MPL history, the Warthogs snuck into Wolf Territory and did the unthinkable — snapping the Wrathful Wolves' historic 10-game winning streak to win the championship by a single run. The drought was over.

Back on Top 🏆🏆
Finishing first on the ladder for the first time in club history, the Warthogs came into the MPL 11 final with something to say. A dominant 35-run victory over arch-rivals the Wrathful Wolves confirmed it — the Wild Warthogs are two-time MPL Champions.
